Item: 3754298
Pair a 5-ton air conditioner with a 120,000 BTU gas furnace to replace aging systems or finish new construction without coordinating separate components. This matched three-piece bundle delivers reliable annual performance by integrating a factory-tuned condenser, cased evaporator coil, and upflow furnace.
Cooling Capacity & Efficiency
The GLXS3BN6010 outdoor condenser moves 60,000 BTU of cooling load using a single-stage scroll compressor and achieves 13.6 SEER2 operational efficiency. It uses R-32 refrigerant, which maintains lower global warming potential than R-410A while satisfying EPA compliance requirements. Airflow passes through the CAPTA6030D3 evaporator coil, housed in a 24.5-inch upflow cabinet equipped with a factory-installed TXV, copper tubes bonded to aluminum fins, and a louvered powder-coated exterior for corrosion resistance.
Heating Output & Internal Controls
GR9S801205DN gas furnace combustion relies on an aluminized-steel tubular heat exchanger to deliver steady warmth at an 80% AFUE rating. A single-stage gas valve regulates heat output alongside a multi-speed ECM blower motor, minimizing short-cycling and maintaining stable room temperatures. An onboard diagnostic control board monitors system status, while high- and low-pressure switches paired with a factory-installed filter drier prevent compressor damage under abnormal conditions.
