    Cooling Performance and Efficiency

    The outdoor unit generates 36,000 BTU of cooling capacity using a single-stage scroll compressor that operates at 14.5 SEER2 energy efficiency. R-32 refrigerant powers the system, providing lower global warming potential than R-410A while meeting current EPA standards. Protective mechanisms include factory-installed high- and low-pressure switches to safeguard the compressor, along with a filter drier. The copper tube and aluminum fin condenser coil is housed in a louvered, powder-coated cabinet designed to resist corrosion.

    Heating Design and Components

    The upflow gas furnace delivers 100,000 BTU of heating input at 80% Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE). Operation relies on a single-stage gas valve and a multi-speed ECM blower, which work together to reduce operational noise and enhance temperature control. Durability is supported by an aluminized-steel tubular heat exchanger and a self-diagnostic control board for straightforward system troubleshooting.     Balanced airflow is achieved through paired indoor and outdoor units. The CAPTA4230C3 cased evaporator coil features a factory-installed expansion valve (TXV) and mounts within a 21-inch cabinet. Installation registration completed within 60 days of purchase activates a 10-year parts limited warranty on all three units. The gas furnace accepts an optional LP kit for conversion to propane use.

    Warranty

    Enjoy a 10-year limited parts warranty when you register your unit within 60 days of installation. A properly certified professional must complete the installation in compliance with city, state, and federal laws.

    Processing Time

    We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 12 p.m. EST on these days are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days and arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends will start processing the next business day. Some items may be backordered, leading to possible delays. Shipping times begin once the order leaves our warehouse.     Equipment Arrival

    Shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary by address. Upon delivery, inspect each item and match the count with the delivery receipt before signing. Report any missing or incorrect items within 24 hours; claims reported after this period may be denied. Inspect items for damage in front of the driver before signing the receipt. Note any issues like dents or scratches clearly on the receipt or reject the shipment if damaged.

    Making Notes on the Delivery Receipt

    If the items and quantity on the delivery receipt match what you received and are undamaged, sign and mark the receipt as “Clear.”

    If items or boxes are missing, mark the receipt as "Short" and list the missing items. We will ship replacements to you at no extra charge. If the strip wrap is torn or replaced, mark the receipt as "Wrap Broken."

    How Do I Handle a Damaged Shipment?

    If any items are damaged, mark the receipt as "Damaged", specifying the items and the nature of the damage. Refuse only the damaged items, keep and sign for the rest, and clearly note the refused items on the receipt. Contact our Customer Service to report which items were refused and which were accepted. We will ship replacements once our Shipping Department confirms the damage with the Freight LTL Company. If you sign for the delivery but later discover damage, you are responsible for it. You will need to contact the Freight LTL Company™ claims department directly to file a claim.
