Description
Discover year‑round comfort with the Goodman 3 Ton AC And 100K BTU Gas Furnace System. This matched heating and cooling solution pairs a 100K BTU gas furnace with a 3 Ton air conditioner, delivering 96% AFUE heating efficiency and 13.8 SEER2 cooling efficiency, while using R32 refrigerant for a lower environmental impact. Built to work together, this system delivers steady comfort through the hottest summers and the coldest winters.
Powerful, Efficient Heating
The furnace component offers high-efficiency heating to keep your home warm with less fuel waste. With a 96% AFUE rating, a greater share of your fuel energy becomes usable heat, which translates to more reliable warmth on chilly days and lower energy costs over the heating season. The substantial 100,000 BTU input capacity provides ample heat output for mid‑to‑larger homes, helping you maintain a consistent indoor temperature even during extreme winter conditions.
Responsive, Efficient Cooling
Corresponding with the furnace, the 3 Ton AC delivers dependable cooling performance when you need it most. The system’s 13.8 SEER2 rating highlights energy-efficient cooling that can reduce electricity usage compared with older units. The use of R32 refrigerant keeps cooling capacity strong while minimizing environmental impact, giving you a responsible choice without sacrificing comfort.

What to Expect During Installation and Maintenance
This is a comprehensive, single‑source system, so a qualified HVAC professional should confirm gas supply integrity, duct sizing, refrigerant lines, venting, and electrical connections to ensure safety and peak efficiency. Regular maintenance—annual furnace tune-ups, plus periodic filter changes and refrigerant checks—helps preserve comfort, efficiency, and system longevity.
