Upgrade your home’s climate control with a fully matched Goodman HVAC bundle that delivers certified cooling and efficient heating without the complexity of mixing separate units. This complete system combines the GLXS3BN4210 outdoor condenser, CAPTA4230C3 upflow cased evaporator coil, and GR9S961005CN gas furnace into one AHRI-rated package engineered for maximum seasonal performance.
Consistent Cooling and Dehumidification
The 3.5-ton cooling section processes 42,000 BTU using 13.4 SEER2 efficiency and EPA-compliant R-32 refrigerant, which carries a significantly lower global warming potential than legacy refrigerants. A single-stage scroll compressor works alongside a factory-installed TXV to maintain steady thermostat loads and precise indoor humidity levels. The copper-tube aluminum-fin condenser coil sits inside a powder-coated, louvered cabinet that sheds rain and resists coastal corrosion.
Reliable High-Efficiency Heat
When outdoors temperatures fall, the gas furnace draws 100,000 BTU through a single-stage gas valve to deliver 96-percent annual fuel utilization efficiency. An aluminized-steel tubular heat exchanger safely transfers combustion heat into your forced-air ductwork, while a multi-speed ECM blayer distributes conditioned air consistently. A built-in self-diagnostic control board monitors cycling behavior and instantly logs fault codes to streamline technician service calls.
Durable Construction and Streamlined Ownership
Every component ships factory-matched to prevent the efficiency drops and warranty gaps common with custom assembly. High- and low-pressure switches safeguard the compressor against abnormal line pressures, and a pre-installed filter drier traps moisture and particulates before they reach the metering device. Assembled in the United States, the configuration supports directional airflow routing and converts to natural gas or propane with the appropriate manufacturer kit.
