This Goodman system is ideal for homeowners seeking a balanced, cost-conscious solution for moderate climates and smaller homes. It’s particularly well-suited for retrofit scenarios where downflow airflow and existing duct routes align with the equipment layout, reducing remodeling needs while delivering dependable comfort year after year.

    • small to mid-size homes, retrofit projects, and spaces needing downward air distribution paired with efficient cooling and reliable gas heating.
    • consolidates cooling and heating into a compatible downflow package, improves energy efficiency, and supports stable indoor temperatures with responsive seasonal performance.
    • delivers a solid efficiency mix (14.5 SEER2 cooling and 80% AFUE heating) with environmentally friendlier refrigerant, offering a practical upgrade path for budget-conscious homes without sacrificing comfort.
